“I’m still learning.” – Michelangelo

​"I was born in Finland and I grew up speaking Finnish. My first exposure to English was in elementary school. This awakened in me a quest for languages and a thirst for more knowledge. Of course, at the time, I had no idea of the opportunities learning English would present in the future.

All that extra interest and initiative paid off when I graduated from high school. That day, I moved from Finland to America via Sweden, going from one adventure to another. Having spent most of my life in the United States and India, English has become the language I even think in and it is as comfortable, if not more, than my native tongue.

Having learned English myself, I have an advantage because I know what my students are going through. I can identify with their struggles. And now, as an English communication coach, I know how to guide them to find new confidence. I have done it myself. For the same reason, I’m also familiar with the methodology to improve one’s clarity and fluency when speaking in English. Today, I love empowering others so they’ll be free to do what they love!"
